About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and dependable Client Service Administrator to join our growing US team in Cypress, Texas.

This is the kind of role that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, making sure paperwork is right, clients are well looked after, and our advisers have everything they need to do their best work.

Whether you’re just starting out and looking for your first step into a rewarding career, or you’re more experienced and want a settled, well-defined role you can really make your own, we’d love to hear from you. No two days are quite the same, but you’ll always have the training, the tools and the support to feel confident in what you do.

Key Duties

• Helping open and set up new client accounts, from start to finish

• Looking after everyday client requests - like updates, withdrawals and changes

• Keeping client records accurate, tidy and up to date

• Preparing paperwork and getting documents signed and returned

• Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients, colleagues and partners

• Helping our advisers stay organised and on top of their workload

• Spotting the little things that could be done better

• Making sure everything we do meets the high standards our clients expect

Don’t worry if some of this is new to you. Full training is provided, and you’ll have a supportive team around you every step of the way.

About You

• Take pride in doing a job well and getting the details right

• Friendly, calm and easy to get along with

• Like being organised and keeping on top of things

• Communicate clearly, by email, on the phone or in person

• Comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems

• Enjoy being part of a team and helping others

Previous experience in financial services or office administration is a bonus, but is not essential.
