The Opportunity
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to assist with processing new client accounts, entering accounts into laboratory databases, resolving any incorrect and/or missing information on client samples, providing customer support to all clients regarding company products, and act as the liaison between the sales representatives and Ten Healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
Processing new client registrations
Sending welcome emails to new clients
Updating and maintaining the provider results portal
Updating and maintaining the sales user portal
Resolving missing information on patient samples
Regularly communicating with Salesforce and Sales Managers
Regularly communicating with clients
Communicating with multiple departments to resolve all client issues
Provide support to our sales team as their liaison in the laboratory
Maintain working knowledge of any current contracts and how to service their clients
Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma
Associate’s Degree, preferably in communication, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
1 + year(s) of experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
