We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism. This position requires a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions for client requests.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through processes and documentation.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.

  • Support account managers and leadership with reporting and client updates.

  • Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, communications, or related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
