We are currently seeking a

Client Service Associate

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Manage client communications via phone, email, and other channels, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
Facilitate account openings and transfers by coordinating documentation accurately and efficiently
Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Collaborate with our financial advisors to prepare materials for client reviews and meetings, ensuring all necessary information is readily available
Stay updated on our firm's offerings and services to provide informed assistance to clients
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong commitment to professionalism and building positive client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial planning software is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Posession of Series 6 or 7 is a major plus
