Client Service Associate Entry Level

We are a fast-growing marketing and promotions company that helps businesses increase revenue, grow brand awareness, and engage customers through in-person marketing, strategic advertising, and live events. We are currently hiring Client Service Associates to support our event campaigns and represent our clients’ brands in public-facing settings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent client service and support during marketing campaigns and promotional events

• Represent client brands professionally at retail promotions, community events, and live activations

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of branded displays and event materials

• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and share information about products and services

• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and improve customer experience

Qualifications:

• No experience required; paid training is provided

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public environments
