Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries—via phone, email, and in person—delivering timely, professional, and friendly support.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and delivering above-and-beyond service at every stage of the event process.
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth execution, efficient troubleshooting, and an outstanding guest experience.
• Resolve challenges and issues quickly with a solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to support client-facing initiatives and event planning.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication to keep clients informed, engaged, and confident throughout their event journey.
