Job Description - Client Service Associate - Entry Level

We are a fast-growing and innovative event marketing company that creates powerful, unforgettable experiences for brands and their audiences. With a strong commitment to service excellence, we are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring exceptional client support and a seamless experience for event attendees.

 

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and event participants. You will help manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and a passion for event coordination and client success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for client and attendee communications.
  • Respond to client and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information regarding event logistics, registrations, and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Offer a friendly and solution-oriented approach to handling questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, events, operations) to address client needs.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of event changes, scheduling, and critical updates.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, helpful, and consistent.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or event support.
  • Experience in the event marketing, hospitality, or marketing industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
