Job Description - Client Service Associate - Entry Level

We are a fast-growing event marketing company specializing in creating memorable brand experiences, live events, and experiential marketing campaigns. Our success is built on strong client relationships, exceptional customer service, and seamless event execution.

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will act as the front line of client and attendee support, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience before, during, and after events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer experience, event marketing, and client relations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering accurate and timely information
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding goals, needs, and expectations
  • Assist event attendees with registrations, schedules, locations, and event details
  • Provide a welcoming, professional, and engaging customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Resolve client and attendee concerns quickly with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain clear communication across email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Keep clients and attendees informed about event updates, changes, and announcements
  • Partner with event coordination and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (event marketing, hospitality, or marketing preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, live event environments
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences
  • High level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
