Client Service Associate - Entry Level

We are a fast-growing event marketing and experiential promotions firm dedicated to delivering impactful, memorable experiences for clients and event attendees. We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact and help ensure a seamless, positive experience across all client interactions and events.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, making it ideal for individuals looking to build experience in customer service, event coordination, public relations, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and attendee inquiries
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional communication regarding events and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent support and engagement
• Assist event attendees with registration, event details, and general inquiries
• Deliver a welcoming, solution-focused customer experience at all touchpoints
• Address and resolve client or attendee concerns efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
• Communicate event updates, changes, and important information clearly and promptly
• Support coordination between event operations, marketing, and client service teams
