Client Service Representative – Be the Voice of Our Team!

Are you a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Do you take pride in staying organized, solving problems, and creating great experiences for customers?

We’re hiring a Client Service Representative to become a vital member of our office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing calls, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless support for our field technicians. This role blends customer service, dispatch, and administrative responsibilities—perfect for someone who loves wearing many hats!

What You’ll Do:

· Answer incoming calls and deliver a warm, professional client experience

· Schedule and dispatch our expert plumbing technicians efficiently and accurately

· Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

· Maintain accurate client records in our software system (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

· Assist with key financial duties such as invoicing, accounts receivable, and job receipt review

· Manage general office tasks including supply organization, client thank-you notes, and light marketing support

· Address client concerns with professionalism and urgency

· Participate in an after-hours dispatch rotation (Sunday–Saturday, shared among the team)

What We’re Looking For:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· A strong multitasker with great attention to detail

· Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives under pressure

· Experience in an office or administrative role (bonus if you've used ServiceTitan)

· Knowledge of plumbing services is a strong plus

· High school diploma or equivalent

· A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
