DWS Printing is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join the team in Deer Park, New York. As a Client Service Representative, you will have a key role in the success of the company, communicating often with clients via e-mail, phone, or in person, and processing and managing orders, artwork, and timelines. You will also often be the key contact for all internal departments to ensure timely requests and orders are met in the most efficient manner, with time-sensitive deadlines.

Job Description: The candidate will:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients from order entry through completion and shipment.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Enter and process Client orders accurately, including label specifications, quantities, materials, sizes, colors, and finishing requirements.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Review customer artwork, proofs, purchase orders, and job specifications for accuracy.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Coordinate with Sales, Prepress, Production and Shipping to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on schedule.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Track Client orders throughout the production process and provide timely updates regarding job status and delivery.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Communicate with customers regarding pricing, specifications, artwork, proofs, production schedules, and any changes to their orders.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Resolve Client questions, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Enter changes and revisions accurately while ensuring all departments have the most current information.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Monitor production schedules and follow up on jobs that require special attention or have potential delays.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Assist with estimates, reorders, rush orders, and special customer requests as needed.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing responsive and knowledgeable service.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Work closely with the internal team to identify and resolve production or quality issues before they affect the customer.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Perform other customer service and administrative duties as needed.
  
  

  
  

Requirements

Requirements: The candidate must:

• 
  

  Have a minimum of 3-5 years of Client service, account management, or order-management experience; printing, labels, packaging, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Be able to manage multiple customer orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Have excellent written, verbal, and project management skills.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  
  

  
  

• 
  

  Have knowledge of label printing, flexographic or digital printing, substrates, adhesives, finishing, and artwork/proofing (preferred)
