We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team full-time!
Position Summary
Arnold Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position. Compensation for this role is a $16-$20/hour based on experience with opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities and duties:
Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
And other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Veterinary Field is required
Experience with Cornerstone a PLUS
Ability to work at least 1 weekend day and nights
Excellent Communication and Multi-tasking skills are needed for our busy hospital
Displays the highest degree of professionalism at all times with customers and co-workers
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
Capable of staying calm and exercising sound judgement in challenging situations
Present a neat, well-groomed appearance
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
Ability to walk, stand, and bend for sustained periods
Ability to use hand and arms to handle and position animals, materials, equipment

Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st day
Paid Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
Paid Time Off: 40 hours first year (accrued)
Health Insurance: (medical, dental, vision): Single and Family, 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
Supplemental Insurance:(e.g. life insurance, critical illness, etc.): 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
401k: 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 year if minimum hours worked are met/maintained
