• Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm; on-call required

Client Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a service-oriented professional to assist our Personal Care at Home Manager with staff scheduling and the daily operations of our office. As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: 

• Assist our Personal Care at Home Manager in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards 


• Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services 


• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and text communications form clients, prospective clients, and employees


• Verify documentation on employee’s schedules 


• Assist with office functions such as processing weekly payroll 


• Act as a customer services representative for the Personal Care at Home clients and employees.

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives: 

• One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred. 


• Scheduling experience preferred. 


• Requires excellent customer service skills. 


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 


• Proven organization skills and detail orientation 


• Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others. 


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.


• Proficiency with modern technologies
