Client Service Representative - Entry Level

We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our expanding team, working alongside charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive positive change. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring new and departing donors receive timely acknowledgment and appreciation.
• Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute engaging and accurate donor communications.
• Support a variety of fundraising events, from planning and logistics to providing on-the-day assistance.
• Maintain the donor database, providing internal training and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assist with data input, amendments, report generation, and data queries, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines met.
• Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry news to ensure best practices.
• Contribute new ideas and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

• A passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
