Job Description - Client Service Representative - Entry Level

As a vital member of our event marketing team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and attendees, delivering exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Your role is key to fostering strong client relationships, addressing inquiries promptly, and guaranteeing a smooth and memorable event experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and expectations.
  • Assist event attendees with questions about event details, registration processes, and general information.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment to boost attendee satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for quick and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including event coordination and marketing to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Keep clients and attendees informed on event updates, schedule changes, and critical information.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within events, marketing, or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and courteously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and dedication to creating positive experiences.
  • Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
