What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming clients—both in person and on the phone


• Assist with meeting prep, application processing, and client service requests


• Support account maintenance, trades, and administrative tasks


• Keep the front office and meeting spaces tidy and client-ready


• Play a proactive role on the team with the potential to grow into licensed support or client advisory work


• Support day-to-day operations through general administrative responsibilities

• Prior experience in financial services is a plus—but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience


• HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) up to $6,000/year
