About This Opportunity
The Client Service Specialist plays a critical role in supporting both clients and advisors by ensuring service requests, account maintenance, and new business processing are completed accurately and efficiently. This position serves as a point of contact for clients and is instrumental in creating a seamless experience throughout the client journey.

How You'll Make an Impact
Client Service & Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional service and support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with advisors, custodians, and internal team members to resolve client needs.
Account & New Business Processing
Process account applications and service requests accurately and efficiently.
Assist clients in gathering and submitting required documentation.
Coordinate account transfers and monitor progress through completion.
Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the firm.
Assist advisors with appointment preparation and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM.
Administrative & Operational Support
Document client interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Monitor workflows and follow through on outstanding items.
Support office operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in client service, administration, or financial services.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar software.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred
Active Wisconsin Life & Health License
Financial services experience.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Interest in obtaining the Series 65 license and growing a career in financial services.
