Our client’s Independent Financial Services Firm located in the Moorestown, NJ area is growing rapidly and looking to add a key employee. They are seeking a professional Client Service Associate / Client Service Specialist who is ready to help an already thriving company continue to grow. This position offers a Hybrid Work Schedule, requiring 3-4 In-Office days and 1-2 Work At Home days per week (after approximate 90 day training period is completed). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience as a successful Client Service Associate / Client Service Specialist or similar client-facing role (Example: Financial Advisor Assistant, Associate Financial Advisor, Financial Advisor, Premier Banker, Relationship Banker, Personal Banker, Etc.)
  • 2+ years of Financial Services and/or Banking Industry experience in a fast-paced professional environment
  • CRM Software experience (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, Etc.)
  • Office Software Products experience (Example: DocuSign, Outlook, MS Suite, Excel, Power Point, Word, Etc.)
  • Financial Services Software experience (Example: Wealthscape, Asset-Map, eMoney, Money Guide Pro, Etc.)
  • Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, Skype, etc.)
  • Availability To Work A Hybrid Work Schedule of 3-4 In-Office days and 1-2 Work At Home days per week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • SIE (Security Industry Essentials) Certification is a plus
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 -OR- 7 & 65/63 Securities License (Active & Good Standing) is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with Schwab financial services software is a plus
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. In providing excellent client service as a Client Service Associate / Client Service Specialist you will:
  • Greet clients in a warm, friendly manner by phone, email or video call
  • Initiate and track client paperwork and account transactions effectively (Example: New/Existing account paperwork processing, transfers, securities, contributions, etc.)
  • Follow up on pending business with companies and clients
  • Complete other various industry specific administrative tasks within established filing timelines/deadlines
  • Update CRM System, Financial Services Software System and client data to reflect most current and accurate information
  • Ensure inquires and concerns are addressed and resolved, achieving expected service levels
  • Provide both pre/post Client Meeting Support for the Financial Advisor(s) (Example: Meeting preparations, follow up letters/communications, money transfers, etc.)
  • Ensure client business flow and communication expectations are met
  • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem solving and account issue resolution
  • Develop effective in-person and virtual working relationships with the Financial Advisor(s), company staff and vendors, ultimately providing effective, high-quality service for clients
  • Establish a level of trust and confidence with the clients, allowing for any financial issue being discussed and solutions offered
  • Provide client-centric services to clients while developing a knowledge of the client’s entire financial and family situation
  • Assist clients with routine account services as needed (Example: Accessing account portals, eSign documents, resolve requests, questions, or issues and troubleshoot problems when necessary
  • Develop financial planning skills to assist with client investment planning and wealth management services as needed

COMPENSATION:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 Annually (Base Salary + Bonus/Incentive)
    *Based Upon Experience, Licensing and/or Certifications*
