Responsibilities of a Client Service Team Member:  

• Directly engaged with customers, promoting our client's products and services and driving sales performance
• Meet with the marketing and sales team and other Client Service Team Members to develop and improve marketing and sales campaigns aimed at boosting sales performance and business growth
• Provide top-notch customer service by addressing clients' complaints and concerns in a professional manner and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales to track sales performance and ensure customer retention
• Stay relevant on all products, services, promotions, and marketing and sales strategies to provide the best services for our clients

Qualifications of a Client Service Team Member:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly engage and build relationships with potential clients
• A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work with teammates 
• A  self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment
• A team player who is eager to contribute to the overall success of the team and company
• Experience in customer service, marketing and sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
