Job Description - Client Services & Reception

Job Title: Client Services Receptionist
Location: Principles Recovery Center & Adolescent Wellness Academy – Davie, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Based on experience

  • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings
  • Familiarity with PHP/IOP program structure and client flow
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with phones, documentation, and digital systems (Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Professional, reliable, and organized in fast-paced environments

The Client Services Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and families and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience. You'll support front desk operations, client communication, and scheduling while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, clinical staff, and operations.

  • Greet clients and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, check voicemails, and route calls and messages appropriately
  • Track client attendance and assist with documentation uploads
  • Support scheduling for UA tests, assessments, and intakes
  • Keep lobby and front desk area clean, stocked, and organized
  • Communicate with clinical and operations teams about client needs and logistics

You thrive in a client-facing role, understand the flow of a treatment day, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You're calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to making every client feel seen, respected, and supported.
