Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services & Sales Representative. Client Services & Sales Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients

- Process graphic design requests for clients by utilizing templates or creating custom pieces as directed by the client.

- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner

- Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met

- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and make recommendations to management

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Pass a background and credit check

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Proficient in Canva or Illustrator

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
