Pay: $15-18/hour + tips (average additional $2–$5/hr based on service)

About the Role:

We're seeking knowledgeable and compassionate medical professionals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you’ll be involved in IV infusions and IM injections,  answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking vital signs, and keeping clients comfortable while receiving their IVs.
You will be trained on our various services and nutrients, so that you along with our team can provide the most optimal services for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Review medical health history from clients
• Assess vitals prior to treatment
• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with a supportive team and clinic leadership
• Receive training in nutrition-based infusion therapies
• Support other wellness initiatives and daily clinic operations
• Disconnect IV's while maintaining an aseptic environment
• Answer phone calls and book appointments for clients
• Other client care duties as well as other clinic duties

What We’re Looking For:

• CNA, MA, EMT, Nursing Student, or someone passionate about personal health

• Strong conversational and customer service skills

• Excellent bedside manner and communication

• A positive, client-centered approach

• Passion for holistic health and wellness
