Cooper McManus is an established Irvine wealth management firm managing over $2.5B for high-net-worth individuals and families. We're hiring a Client Services Associate to keep our advisors' operations running smoothly and give clients a first-rate experience at every touchpoint.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Open new accounts: process DocuSigns and resolve NIGOs


• Manage advisor calendars; schedule and confirm client meetings


• Correspond with clients on paperwork, asset transfers, and account maintenance


• Troubleshoot client account issues


• Document notes and maintain records in Salesforce


• Collect confidential client documents and send tax information


• Support cashiering, insurance applications, and quarterly performance reports

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree


• 2-3+ years in financial services


• Fluency in Salesforce, DocuSign, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom


• Hands-on experience with Charles Schwab's advisor/custodial platform, including processing new account applications, account transfers, and maintenance requests; resolving NIGOs; and tracking applications through completion.


• Strong organization: you plan ahead, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines


• Clear, courteous communication with clients, colleagues, and outside professionals


• A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
