Job Description - Client Services Coordinator

Description

Are you an organized communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing phone communications, scheduling jobs, coordinating field staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reviewing project data and ensuring it is accurate before being shared with clients.

While your day-to-day tasks may vary, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client support, ensuring smooth operational flow, and maintaining professionalism across all touchpoints. Success in this role requires strong multitasking skills, effective communication, and the ability to follow established service guidelines in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in helping our team deliver timely, high-quality service to our clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service request
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
  • Call/Enter 811 Tickets into State One-Call Systems as needed
  • Listen to customers’ needs or issues and providing effective solutions
  • Providing information about services
  • Assist with scheduling requests
  • Follow templated scripts for commonly asked questions
  • Adhere to specific guidelines when handling inquiries
  • Reviewing client information folders and providing relevant data to clients
  • Identify customer needs in order to recommend the correct service lines
  • Report recurring issues to management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with both clients and teammates
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer relations experience is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software packages
