Your Impact:
Answer high‑volume, multi‑line calls and provide customers with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Provide professional, courteous service to all visitors, candidates, and guests.
Maintain front reception area and conference rooms.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and vendor deliveries.
Coordinate travel arrangements for project team members.
Demonstrate and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
Assist with general office management duties (i.e. processing/ordering/stocking supplies, calendar management, and booking conference rooms).
Perform other clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, collating, preparing correspondence and documents, etc.
All other duties as assigned.
Here's What You'll Need:
3+ years’ experience in a client service and/or receptionist role.
Punctuality and dependability are essential.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, vendors and general public.
Proven experience building and nurturing strong personal relationships with clients.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of individual client needs and requests.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail including proofreading.
Capability to perform administrative duties as required to build business for clients.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.
