Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality of home care for clients.
- Oversee and coordinate client services, including resolving urgent scheduling and service issues.
- Manage the after-hours client caseload across four locations, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, payors, and community organizations.
- Foster clear and consistent communication with internal team members to support collaboration and service excellence.
- Ensure effective fiscal management of assigned caseloads by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics such as admission rates, Medicare percentages, and referral rejection reasons.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Managers to provide guidance, oversight, and support to field staff.
Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:
- Bachelor degree is preferred, Associates at minimum.
- Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
