Location: Chicago, Illinois

Pay $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

About Our Client: Our client, a prominent non-profit organization in Chicago, is seeking a dedicated Client Services Operations Representative fluent in Spanish to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing essential support to stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and assistance in both English and Spanish.

Job Description: As a Client Services Operations Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and providing information on exam and certification requirements. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will operate in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from stakeholders in both English and Spanish, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Providing general information on exam and certification requirements, guiding stakeholders through the process.
  • Collaborating with the Client Services Manager and team members to ensure seamless support to stakeholders.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to manage and track stakeholder interactions and inquiries.
  • Balancing remote work with in-office tasks, maintaining productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (37.5 hour work week)
  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 days/week in office, 3 days/week work from home
