About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a Client Services Representative 1 (CSR 1). The CSR 1 will provide front line assistance and direction to clients. They will greet clients, check them into appointments, obtaining current demographic and insurance information, collect copays and balances due, and receive and attach updated client paperwork to their charts. CSR 1’s will also maintain a welcoming office environment by keeping public areas organized, clean, and free from clutter. 

Salary Range

$14.50 - $18.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer services role or similar work is required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Some experience in a medical office setting is strongly preferred but not required
