Job Description - Client Services Representative

Description

Overview:

The Client Services Representative  plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to address client needs, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warranty processes. 

Responsibilities:

  

  • Coordinate home key release meetings with construction and client experience teams. 
  • Provide a thorough orientation to the home, the systems, key maintenance considerations, and the communication portal.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the warranty process.
  • Evaluate repair requests to determine the best course of action and whether the repair is a warrantable item. 
  • Address and resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner with regular follow up.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and any changes or updates to plans.
  • Process necessary documentation to ensure subcontractors, trades, and suppliers are charged appropriately for repairs.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide clients with information and guidance on the process, including timelines, materials, and maintenance.
  • Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in client services or construction within the homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic construction knowledge
  • Must have reliable transportation to transfer from site to site.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and be productive without immediate supervision, 
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, 
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Basic computer knowledge, 
  • Willing to learn, take direction and be a team player.
