Job Description - Client Services Specialist

Description

Job title: Client Services Specialist

Reports to: Intake Manager

    

Job Summary

Client Service Specialists provide our potential clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and ability to investigate to the root of their legal issues. This important position plays an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Answers and screens inquiry calls with confidence and responds to emails from prospective      clients.
  • Collects all pertinent data to help determine if the firm is going to take on a case.
  • Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time.
  • Sets the tone and the pace of the client phone call.
  • Schedules appointments to sign up new clients.
  • Processes paperwork for new clients efficiently and in accordance with protocols.
  • Treats all calls, regardless of time of day, with the same care and compassion.
  • Enters and maintains accurate data in the Client Management software.
  • Performs other duties as needed.
  • Ability to work on-call from home and rotate nights and weekends

Requirements

  

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and database entry

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus.
  • Plaintiff personal injury experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
