Job Description - Client Services Specialist

MasterScapes is looking for a high-energy, service-minded professional with 5–10 years of experience in customer support roles outside of the restaurant industry. They’re tech-comfortable—efficient in Excel and familiar with CRM or CMMS tools—and thrive in organized, fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential. This person is upbeat, a natural communicator, and brings a calm, pleasant presence to phone and in-person interactions. They love being outdoors, enjoy creative hobbies or volunteering, and are driven by helping others, overcoming challenges, and taking ownership of their work. They're looking for a company where they can grow, lead, and contribute to a client-focused culture. A bad attitude, poor communication, or disorganization? Total dealbreakers.

What You’ll Do: 



  • Be the friendly voice and helpful point of contact for our clients 



  • Manage client info and service requests in our CRM system. 



  • Support our team with scheduling, follow-ups, and smooth communication 



  • Help us improve the client experience every day 


What We’re Looking For: 



  • 5–10 years in a customer service role

  • Great phone presence and clear communicator 



  • Comfortable using Excel and client management software
