They’re tech-comfortable—efficient in Excel and familiar with CRM or CMMS tools—and thrive in organized, fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential. This person is upbeat, a natural communicator, and brings a calm, pleasant presence to phone and in-person interactions. They love being outdoors, enjoy creative hobbies or volunteering, and are driven by helping others, overcoming challenges, and taking ownership of their work. They're looking for a company where they can grow, lead, and contribute to a client-focused culture. A bad attitude, poor communication, or disorganization? Total dealbreakers.
