Client Services Specialist AM Law Firm (Century City) - Unlimited Growth Potential

AM Law Firm in Century City is seeking a Client Services Specialist. An ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in a law firm setting and the ability to work onsite 5 days week.

Duties include:

• Maintain professionalism when interacting with lawyers, clients, staff, and visitors.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls appropriately.
• Provide hospitality and concierge-style service in the Conference Center.
• Schedule and manage meetings and conference rooms, including coordinating catering and equipment needs.
• Enter reservation information into EMS and ensure accurate data.
• Possess complete knowledge of conference rooms and their capabilities.
• Track and coordinate visitor offices.
• Assist with special arrangements or services for lawyers, clients, staff, and visitors.
• Respond to requests promptly and accurately.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with lawyers, staff, and clients.
• Ensure complete guest registration for each visitor.
