Cooperative Home Care is looking for a Client Services Supervisor to lead coordination for our Personal Care Services team in our St. Louis office. In this role, you’ll be at the center of it all—connecting clients with the right caregivers, supporting field staff, and driving performance against key metrics that truly matter.

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

Responsibilities:

• Effectively use reporting tools to identify and fix schedule issues


• Interview caregivers and promptly assign new hires to cases


• Quickly process new referrals and connect them with caregivers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management (strongly preferred)


• Time management skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
