Client Services Support

Our team is looking to fill various Financial Services positions for our client in North Phoenix. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established company in the financial field while utilizing your customer service skills to assist callers with their accounts and credit cards. Shift: Monday-Sunday; 5:30am – 8:30pm (8 hour shift, multiple shifts available depending on availabilit) Pay: $20/hr, weekly pay Duration: 3 Months, temp to hire! Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 (ONSITE)

Responsibilities

Hours: 5am-8:30pm (8 hour shifts,multiple shifts available depending on availability)

Handling 60-80 inbound calls per day
Responsible for providing quality customer service while working to resolve customer’s complaints and inquiries.
Will be reviewing the customer’s credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, and assisting the customer by helping them understand their balances
Will transferescalated calls to another department
