Client Strategic Advisor (CSA)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Strategic Advisor (CSA) will serve as a liaison between Oakwood Village and their IT vendor. 

This position is accountable to the Chief Financial Officer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (not intended to be an all inclusive list)

• Liaison between Oakwood and Parasol on all tickets and projects


• Attending meetings as determined by Oakwood


• Weekly and daily management of open tickets and issues, including daily ticket reviews


• Leading the steering committee meetings


• Manage approvals such as change management


• Bring information to executives as appropriate for decision making


• Liaison with project management team on project status, tasks and decision points


• Emergency issue coordination and oversight


• Manage Oakwood’s IT budget


• Manage Oakwood’s IT purchasing


• Manage Oakwood’s quarterly PSOW process
