Client Success & Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential business customers—helping them understand our client’s services, guiding them through the sign-up process, and supporting their transition every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage potential business customers, answering questions and offering tailored information

• Walk customers through the enrollment process and help with necessary paperwork

• Deliver presentations on client services to drive awareness and new customer sign-ups

• Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer information

• Partner with the sales team to identify and follow up on qualified leads

• Keep up-to-date on all service offerings, pricing, and promotions

• Participate in training sessions to sharpen your skills and grow within the company

• Help the team hit sales and service goals while delivering top-tier customer experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus

• Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-moving team

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required—we’ll train you!

• Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is a bonus
