The 415 Group is seeking a Client Success Assistant to support our growing IT team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, communicating with clients, and ensuring every detail is handled correctly the first time.

Reports to: Director of Client Success

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our IT inventory and equipment room.


• Prepare quotes and assist with procurement for client technology needs.


• Coordinate orders and communicate with vendors regarding purchasing and support.


• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.


• Assist with additional administrative and client support tasks as needed.
