Client Success Associate (Onsite)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Associate to support our Client Success team in delivering an excellent experience to our clients and their virtual assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and eager to learn. This role involves managing client communications, supporting client success processes, and assisting the Client Success Manager with data tracking and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all client communications are acknowledged and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Record all client bonuses, lunch gifts, or any form of monetary gifts to client VAs in the accounting form.
• Develop a strong understanding of common client communications that are considered non-issues.
• Respond to all client communications that are identified as non-issues.
• Learn to communicate effectively about client concerns, with the goal of independently managing these interactions over time.
• Assist the Client Success Manager in capturing relevant data or information about clients, accounts, and issues.
• Help maintain an updated record of ongoing concerns and escalate matters to the Client Success Manager as

• 3+ years of experience in account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, and HubSpot) is an advantage.
