Limitless Agency works with digital marketing agency CEOs — people who are building and scaling their own agencies. As a Client Success Coach, you are the primary relationship owner for every client you carry. You are the face they see after they sign, the voice that guides them through the program, and the reason they stay.
This is not a passive account management role. You are expected to operate at a high strategic and technical level — understanding the Limitless Agency system deeply enough to coach clients through it, hold them accountable to it, and troubleshoot it with them when challenges arise. You are part account manager, part business coach, part strategist.
Your performance is measured on one number above all others: retention. The minimum expectation is 70% client retention at the back end of the 12-week program. That means building real relationships, delivering genuine value in every interaction, and being the kind of coach clients don't want to leave.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & First Impressions
Complete welcome calls promptly upon client sign-up — first impressions set the tone for the entire relationship
Lead onboarding calls that orient the client to the Limitless Agency program, set clear expectations, and establish rapport from day one
Conduct initial strategy calls to understand each client's agency, goals, niche, and current stage of growth
Ensure each client feels confident, clear, and excited about what they've committed to
Ongoing Relationship Management
Own the full client journey from welcome call through program completion and beyond
Conduct regular check-in calls on a cadence appropriate to each client's needs and program stage
Monitor client progress, flag warning signs of disengagement early, and act on them proactively
Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients via Slack — responding with urgency and professionalism
Manage all client-related tasks, milestones, and follow-ups inside ClickUp — your pipeline must always be current and visible
Coaching & Strategic Support
Develop a deep working knowledge of the Limitless Agency system so you can coach clients through it with authority and clarity
Serve as both an account support resource and a strategic advisor — clients should be able to bring you real business challenges and walk away with actionable guidance
Help clients implement what they're learning, overcome obstacles, and stay on track with their agency growth goals
Communicate complex ideas clearly and simply — you're speaking with agency CEOs who need clarity, not jargon
Retention & Revenue
Drive client retention to a minimum of 70% at the conclusion of the 12-week program
Identify clients who are at risk of churning early and develop a specific plan to re-engage and retain them
Present upsell opportunities and back-end programs where appropriate and where it genuinely serves the client
Your commission structure is tied directly to recurring monthly payments from retained clients — retention is your business
Team & Operations
Attend the daily 10:00 AM ET team standup, Monday through Friday — mandatory
Collaborate with the broader Limitless Agency team on client launches, campaigns, and program updates
Occasionally work weekends or extended hours during client events, program launches, or intensive onboarding periods
Proactively flag systemic issues, client feedback trends, and process inefficiencies to leadership
Experience in client success, account management, or coaching, ideally within a digital marketing or agency environment
High emotional intelligence, you can read a room, build trust quickly, and hold difficult conversations with composure
Strong technical understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and agency business models , you need to be able to speak the client's language
Excellent communication skills, you are articulate, warm, confident, and clear in both written and verbal communication
Highly organized , managing 40 concurrent client relationships requires rigorous systems and follow-through
Self-motivated and driven , you set high standards for yourself and don't need to be pushed to deliver
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the
Preferred Qualifications
Background in digital marketing agency operations, coaching, or consulting
Experience managing a book of business with 30+ concurrent clients
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Slack
Prior experience in a performance-based compensation structure tied to retention or renewals
