As our new Client Success Manager, you will deliver exceptional service and drive business value for our expanding customer base. By leveraging customer insights, data, and analytics, you'll identify growth opportunities while collaborating closely with Sales and Services teams to ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction. You will report directly to the Manager of Customer Success.
Key responsibilities will include
- Oversee onboarding and post-sales activities, leveraging Crayon services knowledge while collaborating both internally and externally to foster relationships and ensure effective engagement
- Partner with Sales, Services, and Operations Teams to drive customer success, contributing valuable data and insights to the Customer Business Review process
- Identify new opportunities for engagement, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships
- Analyze customer data to develop and implement tailored engagement strategies within your portfolio
Your Competencies
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Operations teams
- Technical background and/or ITAM experience, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem, is a plus
About You
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives
- Strong emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable managing interactions with a high volume of customers
