About this role:
Droit's Client Success team is the driving force behind ensuring our clients not only adopt but thrive with our solutions. We're seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist to deliver best-in-class support and cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with our valued client partners.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, expert guidance, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs. You'll work closely with clients to facilitate seamless product integration, optimize their use of our platform, and consistently demonstrate the value of our partnership. A core part of this role is identifying opportunities to automate or streamline tasks, allowing the team to dedicate more time to strategic, value-added activities. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our products and services.

What you’ll do in this role:
 



  • Establish strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organization and ensure that they receive exceptional service and support

  • Understand clients' goals and objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve those goals, including gathering feedback to inform further product development

  • Build an in-depth understanding of Droit’s products and services and provide technical expertise and BAU production support to customers

  • Provide expert guidance to clients in how to use Droit products to prevent possible issues and provide guidance when issues do occur

  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction

  • Plan and manage the delivery of on-prem and cloud deployed products, upgrades, and enhancements to clients

  • Act as a liaison between clients and Droit's Business and Product Development teams, provide insights on emerging trends, cross-selling and upselling opportunities for products and services to customers

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the client experience and ensure successful product or service delivery



What we are looking for: 



  • 5 - 8 years in a technical client success, technical account management or client integration/implementation role

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively in written and oral formats

  • Experience in enterprise software implementation/support and an understanding of network principles

  • Experience managing cloud-based architecture/applications (AWS) 

  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving

  • Familiarity with financial regulation, derivatives clearing, and electronic execution (MiFID II/MIFIR, Dodd Frank, EMIR) is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with a scripting languages, (e.g. Python)

  • ​Experience with Data Mapping / ETL

NYC Salary Information:
We estimate that the base salary for this NYC-based role will be $140,000 - $175,000, plus equity, inclusion in Droit's discretionary bonus program, and benefits. Individual salaries are determined by factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education.
