This position will support Asure's HIRECLICK business. HIRECLICK is a leading provider of recruitment and staffing solutions in Sioux Falls, SD. HIRECLICK specializes in connecting top talent with top companies, helping both parties achieve their goals. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process for all involved.

**This position will be on-site at our Sioux Falls, SD office location. **

How you will contribute:

Are you passionate about customer retention and providing exceptional support to clients? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Retention Specialist/Support at HIRECLICK in Sioux Falls, SD.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns


• Implement strategies to improve client retention rates


• Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner


• Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction


• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or retention


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Detail-oriented and organized


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation

The base range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending upon level of experience.
