Job Description - Client Support Coordinator

We're looking for a Client Support Coordinator to assist customers throughout their experience by providing organized, responsive, and people-focused support. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and making the process easier for others from start to finish.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and guidance are provided to help you succeed in the role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Responding to client questions and requests across email, phone, and messaging platforms

Guiding clients through available options based on their needs and preferences

Assisting with scheduling, updates, and special requests

Maintaining accurate client records and tracking ongoing requests

Following up to ensure all details are handled smoothly

Providing consistent, high-quality service with strong attention to detail
