Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Compensation: $23.00 hourly

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Client Support Coordinator to support the legal intake process.. As a key member of our Post-Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting Paralegals by contacting clients to schedule and confirm appointments, as well as conducting follow-up calls to gather required documents and case-related information.

In addition to outbound outreach, this position will also serve as a responsive liaison for potential clients transferred by the Inbound Call Team. You will provide clear next steps, express appreciation for their outreach, and ensure each client has a positive and professional first interaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients on behalf of Intake Paralegals to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Follow up with clients to collect missing documentation or additional information critical to case processing.
  • Accurately manage and update team calendars using Google Calendar, ensuring Paralegals are fully informed of appointment times and updates.
  • Accept transferred calls from the Inbound Intake Team and provide potential clients with the next steps in the intake process.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically, thanking each client for contacting and reinforcing the firm’s commitment to justice and advocacy.
  • Track outreach attempts, client responses, and document submissions in internal CRM and case management systems.
  • Coordinate with the team to address any delays, challenges, or client concerns regarding case progression or documentation requirements.
  • Support a high-volume outreach environment with professionalism, discretion, and excellent organizational skills.

Your Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in a legal intake, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, interpersonal communication, and the ability to convey empathy.
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar, CRM systems, and case management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and care.
  • Prior experience in a legal, medical, or social services environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at our Las Vegas intake center.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position requires verification of employment eligibility in accordance with federal law, and participation in E-Verify.
