Mercury is seeking a Logistics Client Support Guide to help build the future of frustration-free logistics with us.

As a Logistics Client Support Guide, you will be at the forefront, interfacing with clients daily and working to solve their most complex shipping problems. This position requires tenacity, problem solving skills and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
This is not a remote position; in-office presence in our Columbus Office is required. All shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd).
