Sodexo is seeking an outgoing

Customer Support Manager

for a high-profile client in our Corporate Services business segment located in

San Diego, CA.

Overall, the purpose of a Client Support Representative is to provide exceptional service, anticipate and fulfill the needs of clients or guests, and contribute to a positive and memorable experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities

:
Serve as a support function at the client site location, problem solve and creating solutions for our clients
Offer a welcoming, hospitable feel in the workplace, guest relations
Give directions to site locations, parking lots/garages/etc
Support communications and signage around the building, support site events
Maintain workspaces to standard
Mail management and delivery services
Overall tracking of interactions into Salesforce
Support facilities requests/issues, enter work orders, communicate with Building Manager
Collaborate on new ideas and initiatives with team members and onsite manager
Be able to provide coverage in areas when needed, flexible to be positioned in different areas across campus during the day
Key Responsibilities:
Previous customer service, hospitality experience preferred
RCRA and DOT certification will be provided to serve as backup for our team
General MS Office abilities/ knowledge including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks/priorities
