Client Service Professional (CSP)-Phoenix

Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Compensation $27.50 hourly

About the Role

Tort Intake Professionals is seeking empathetic and detail-oriented professionals to serve as Client Service Professionals (CSPs). In this vital role, you will support individuals involved in mass tort medical claims by conducting structured, compassionate secondary interviews to collect legally relevant information. Your ability to actively listen, document with precision, and maintain professionalism will help ensure claimants are fully represented and their stories accurately conveyed. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in legal intake, client support, or call center operations who are passionate about helping others and committed to delivering a high standard of service in sensitive situations.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct scheduled phone interviews with individuals involved in mass tort medical claims
  • Gather case-specific information with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail
  • Explain legal processes and document requirements in a client-friendly manner
  • Accurately document information into CRM systems for legal team review
  • Follow established interview protocols to ensure legal compliance and completeness
  • Escalate urgent concerns or inconsistencies to team leads or attorneys
  • Manage call flow while maintaining empathy, patience, and efficiency

Your Background

  • 2+ years of experience in legal intake, customer service, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position requires verification of employment eligibility in accordance with federal law, and participation in E-Verify.
