What You will Do

As a Client Support Representative, you will be the friendly voice and problem-solver behind our customers success stories.
You will connect with clients across multiple channels chat, email, and phone ensuring they have a smooth and empowering experience on our trading platform.

Your daily mission:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized support to our global clients

• Resolve queries with creativity, speed, and empathy

• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client journeys

• Deepen your knowledge of CFDs, forex, indices, crypto, and commodities

• Contribute to translations and client communications in Portuguese ️

What You Bring

• Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication

• A love for learning, problem-solving, and helping others

• Curiosity about financial markets and technology

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to grow

• Customer service experience (finance background a plus, but not required)
