Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our services, properties, and listings to clients

- Coordinate and schedule property viewings and open houses for clients

- Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files

- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
