Job Description - Client Support Services

Eis group usa is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Services Representative. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support channels

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution

- Conduct product trainings for clients to ensure they are utilizing our software to its full potential

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our software

- Continuously seek ways to improve the client support experience and provide feedback to the team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of insurance industry and software is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Availability to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed
